The afternoons of Saturday can so relaxing that late in the afternoon I than realize that I haven't thought through the menu's yet for the weekend. I have to really talk myself into seeing if there is anything that is ready to go completely and/or what needed item has to be picked up from the store. All this while I'm in the state of "no motivation to go out again" now that I'm home. ugh. So that is next on the agenda to accomplish quickly.
Brian came home a little while ago and he gave me the complete "fashion show" of all his newly purchased dirt bike gear of pants, shirts, chest protector, goggles that he got off of craigslist and the amount of money that he saved! "coupon savings" is a new mantra for him as his diesel truck payments and the ungodly insurance costs, and the gas for it are the major expenses that he has going right now. He was recently gifted with a dirt bike/helmet from his supervisor at work who was unloading his younger brothers stuff for his parents. Dirt biking is something he has taken an immense liking to after a couple of times doing it. He took April last saturday with friends and she enjoyed it also... A man after my own heart as I loved dirt bike riding and sometimes wish now that I had a motorcycle!
well, ugh.. off to the pantry and I'm sure to the grocery store for one or two ingredients..
